hmm...
If anyone knows how to cut out an object in photoshop, lemme know. I cut Penny out and put her on a transparent background, but she still appears in that little white box. Does this make sense? Help!
What browser are you using? Some don't support the transparency of PNGs, like IE6. Or you might not have properly saved it for the Web to retain the transparent background.
You could save it as a GIF, which works on all browsers, but it's only 256 colors, so it might change it when you save it as GIF. The worst you could do is do a save as, as a GIF, and see what happens. If the colors shift, then just trash it.
I can give it a try if you want. I do lots of cutouts at work for the paper.
Are you saving your sketch as a .png or a .jpg in photoshop? If you save a .png file type you will lose the white background.
ReplyDeletei did that, but when i tried posting it, it still had the white background. hmm... i'll keep trying.
